1. How to join the Affiliate Program

You will automatically become an affiliate member by filling out the signup form and submitting the wow-gold-tip Affiliate Program. Hereby you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. Purpose of your participation in the affiliate program is:

a) to provide advertisement for the wow-gold-tip website in a legal manner

b) receive a commission on our goods bought by your advertisement referrals (banners or links).

2. Payment & Commission Overview

a) Billing Modell: CPS (Cost per Sales), after an order was placed and paid through an affiliate banner or link, it will be eligible for provision payment.

b) Provision overview in percent:

8,00% from 1,- € / month

10,00% from 500,- € / month

12,50% from 2.000,- € / month

15,00% from 10.000,- € / month

Percentage relating to sales from previous month.

c)A cookie will be saved for 2 hours on the customer computer after klicking an affiliate banner. After incoming order and payment, the provision will be eligible.

The commission is calculated as a specific percentage of the total payment amount of the order, currently starting with 10% (this may vary due to an upgrade to the current affiliate terms), not including any applied taxes.

Such comission is considered conditionally earned by 30 days after acceptable payment in full has been received for the order and no refunds or chargebacks have been issued on the order.

The Payment for conditionally earned comission will be calculated on the last day of each month, and will be paid within the first 7 days of the following month. The earned comission is conditional because it is subject to the following conditions:

1. the earned comission on the order will be deducted to zero (0), in the meaning of no commission will be paid,if a payment for an order is partially or fully refunded or charged-back before comission payment to the affiliate for the order has been made

2. If payment for an order is partially or fully refunded or charged-back after comission payment to the affiliate for the order has been made, the comission amount of the order will be deducted from the comission payment of a subsequent comission payment.

3.There is no time limit for the deduction of conditionally earned commission: as long as a refund or chargeback is issued on an order, the commission for that order will be deducted according to conditions 1) or 2).

Affiliate Payments: Payment to the affiliate will not be rendered for commission mounts less than 25.00 EUR. The commission balance will be carried forward to be paid in a subsequent month.

Store Credit may be issued upon request instead of payment to affiliate.

3. Revocation of your affiliate status

Your affiliate application and status in the program may be permanently suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:

inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading links)

spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup osting, etc.)

advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities which are against the law

4. Affiliate Links

You may use graphic and text links both on your Web Site and in emails. The site may also be advertised "offline" in classified ads, magazines, and newpapers. You may only use the graphics and text provided to you by wow-gold-tip.

5. Affiliate Tracking

When a web user clicks through your affiliate link, a cookie is set in their browser that contains your affiliate id. When the web user places an order within 2 hours of the click-through, the cookie will be used to identify your affiliate ID for determination of commission. Orders placed by the web user outside of the 2 hour window cannot be considered for commission.

6. Terms of the agreement

These terms will be effective upon your signup with the affiliate program and will end when your affiliate account is terminated. The terms of this agreement may be modified by wow-gold-tip at any time. If any modification to the terms is unnacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your affiliate account. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any changes in the terms of this agreement.

7. Liability

Wow-gold-tip cannot be held liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of "intents of harm" to the program or website. wow-gold-tip does not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the affiliate program and/or products sold on the wow-gold-tip website. wow-gold-tip make no claim that the operation of the affiliate program and the wow-gold-tip.com website will be error-free and wow-gold-tip will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.

Affiliate shall indemnify and hold wow-gold-tip harmless from any and all legal actions, damages or liabilities incurred from the day-to-day operations of the affiliate. Under no circumstances will wow-gold-tip be liable whether in tort, contract or otherwise for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages (including but not limited to damages for any loss of revenue, profits, business interruption, loss of business information or data, loss of goodwill, work stoppage, hardware or software failure, or other pecuniary loss) arising from or relating to any provision of this Agreement or the affiliate program. Without limiting the foregoing, wow-gold-tip´s aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement will not exceed the total fees paid or payable to the affiliate under this agreement.

wow-gold-tip will own all right, title and interest in and to all information that is created or collected in the operation of the wow-gold-tip website and reserves the right to amend or terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without notice to the affiliate.
